Bryan has a track record as a digital marketer and copywriter, creating brand identity and content strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. Having worked for Fox Sports, the United States Senate, and some larger U.S corporations, Bryan has a variety of experiences that helps him maintain a healthy level of creativity. When his head isn’t swirling with new advertising ideas, Bryan can be found powerlifting, sipping beer on a brewery patio, or cheering on his hometown Houston Astros.
Ella occasionally ventures up from the Denver office and takes up the Sage Canine Unit post for an afternoon. She enjoys long hikes in the mountains, various chew toys, and advising Sage clients on the best marketing strategy for their business. That strategy often involves throwing a tennis ball, or suggesting that pieces of human food are casually dropped on the floor to be picked up at a later time. She aspires to be a giraffe caretaker when she grows up, but meanwhile is happy practicing with a smaller, stuffed version.
Nala primarily does Cat things with her time: napping in sunny windows, eating cat chow, occasionally soliciting a petting or two, etc.
She has magical lioness powers and if you stare into her eyes for 75 seconds while drinking your favorite IPA from a local brewery you will have good luck the following day. (Although we wouldn’t recommend trying anything too radical with this forthcoming luck… as in, continue to look both ways before you cross the street.)
Sarah loves creating brand identities for new clients, as well as helping existing brands present their best side online and in print. Whether that’s through brand boards, web design, logo or packaging design – she is always excited by the new challenges this ever-changing industry presents. In her free time she enjoys travel, painting, reading, and warm sunny days cruising around on her dirtbike.
Anne has been obsessed with writing and marketing for more than 20 years. Her expertise is in all things words for digital marketing campaigns, website content/SEO, branding and messaging, and any other tactical approach that helps Sage clients reach their goals. When she’s not in the office, you can often find her on her bike in the mountains where she’s known to email herself with new marketing ideas that popped into her head while hammering a trail.
Kevin’s focus is in a broad variety of creative fields. Whether it’s solid graphic design, unique illustrations, photography, video editing and effects, animation, or web design; he creates innovative art to meet the client’s and end-user’s needs. An avid painter at home (digital and traditional), Kevin also enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling, gaming, and building with Lego bricks.
Assigned occasional duty as office dog, Ocean is an Australian Shepherd whose favorite times of day are breakfast and dinner. In her younger years, you could find her scampering up mountains, following her person on long runs, and chasing balls and frisbees (but never bringing them back). These days, her favorite hobbies are napping and having her ears scratched. She makes great company during the creative concepting process and seldom issues a disparaging comment, which we take as a sign of her approval.
Julia melds brand strategy with all facets of digital marketing for defined KPIs with measurable and actionable results. Whether it’s ideation, inbound marketing, campaign development or content strategy, her arsenal of marketing TNT never runs low. When she’s not plotting explosive campaigns, you can find Julia wandering hiking trails with her pup, cooking, reading, and sipping wine.
Matthew is a web developer and designer, and loves the challenge of building, hosting and maintaining websites for Sage’s awesome clients. When he’s not elbows deep in code, he spends his free time camping, fishing, or sampling the many fine breweries around Fort Collins.
Doug is the Principal and Founder (2002) of Sage Marketing Group. His marketing background consists of Fortune 100 level training on brand development, integrated marketing communications, event marketing and production as previous co-owner of TeamSage Productions and strategic marketing.
When he’s not in the office, his first escape would be spending time with his wife and two children or coaching youth basketball. If time still allows you would most likely find him on a river fishing. While he likes to fish he mostly likes to hang out where the fish live.
