This nonprofit NGO, which provides life-saving medical care to communities around the world where care is lacking or nonexistent, had built a great brand through the clear vision of its founder and president without doing any formal marketing. But because that vision was implemented by a variety of volunteer staff members over time, it was somewhat visually disjointed. SageMG united myriad concepts to create a consistent visual brand that we carried through printed collateral, social media posts, and monthly eblasts we developed to help recruit volunteers for medical mission trips around the world.
The organization had qualified for the Google Grants program for Google Ads, but IMR volunteer staff didn’t have the knowledge to make the program beneficial. The SageMG digital team restructured the account, increasing ad clicks by 1,000%.
When a new website was in order, the SageMG design and development teams stepped up to create a clean, easy-to-navigate mobile-first site that seamlessly integrated with the organization’s new Salesforce backend management system. This allowed volunteers to easily apply for missions and manage their account information through the website while IMR staff could keep the site updated with the latest trip information.
